It all started with an old industrial coffee roaster, purchased in Berlin in terrible condition. But from this humble beginning, the vision for something new and exciting was born.

Using metal scraps, I’m crafting a completely new roaster and a revolutionary concept for a coffee bar. This project isn’t just about making great coffee—it's about reusing materials, optimizing energy, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in coffee roasting.
