This organic tea is characterised by its slightly tangy and refreshing flavour. It has a rolled leaf and is produced in the Wuyuan area in the Jiangxi province. Deze organische thee wordt gekenmerkt door zijn licht pikante en verfrissende smaak. Het heeft een gewalst blad en wordt geproduceerd in het Wuyuan, een gebied in de provincie Jiangxi.

china JasMine cHunG FenG organic 

This organically produced jasmine tea has delicately worked leaves and lots of white tips. At the end of processing all jasmine flowers are removed, preserving the subtle lightness of the tea.

This strong and aromatic organic tea grows in the highlands of Rwanda. A copper-brown colour in the cup and a well-formed leaf are typical for this elegant tea.

Its natural sweetness makes it a real pleasure in both its plain and flavoured varieties. Rooibos grows only in the South African Cape region and is harvested between January and May. As soon as the picked “brooms” are cut and pressed and the juice seeps out, natural  fermentation sets in. Rooibos (red bush) acquires its characteristic red colour and full flavour during fermentation.

Rooibos is de nationale drank van Zuid-Afrika. Het is cafeïnevrij, smaakvol en rijk aan mineralen en vitaminen. Zijn natuurlijke zoetheid maakt het een genoegen in zijn pure als gearomatiseerde variëteiten. Rooibos groeit alleen in de ZuidAfrikaanse Kaapstreek en wordt geoogst tussen januari en mei. Van zodra de gekozen "stokken" worden gesneden en geperst en het sap vrijkomt, start de natuurlijke fermentatie. Rooibos (rode struik) verkrijgt zijn karakteristieke rode kleur en volle smaak tijdens fermentatie.
